Red wine. The dark ruby color of the 2014 Antigal Uno Cabernet Sauvignon signals the wine's deep blackberry and red-currant flavors and excellent tannic structure. Gently, crafted from grapes hand-selected from one prime lit of our high-altitude Dona Angeles Vineyard, it offers spicy aromas of white pepper and cassis meshed with notes of tobacco, vanilla and chocolate. Antigal winemaker Miriam Gomez, who aged 70% of this full-bodied, long-finishing wine in French oak and 30% in American oak, recommends pairing it with braised, casseroled, or roasted red meat dishes.
