We are happy to offer our online grocery delivery & pick up service to our customers, but please remember that not our complete assortment is available online. When placing an order, you may choose to have the order delivered at home or you may choose to pick up the order at Super Food Plaza. - Payment must be done upon delivery or pick up.
- We only accept debit or credit cards as forms of payment.
- American Express & Discover is not accepted upon delivery.
- Cash is not accepted.
- Payment with bonus points is possible on the webshop.
- You will receive your receipt upon payment when the delivery takes place or at the Pickup point.
- Our delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday from 9:30am- 5pm. Click here to view time slots.
- Orders placed by 6pm* are delivered the next day. *(Please note that we have limited slots available, the slots can close before 6pm)
- All orders received after 6pm will be delivered in two days.
- A minimum purchase of Afl. 100,- (USD 57) is required to place your order.
- The delivery service is not available on Sundays.
- The pickup service is available from Monday to Saturday from 9:30am- 5pm.
- Orders placed by 6pm* are ready for pick up the next day. *(Please note that we have limited slots available, the slots can close before 6pm)
- All orders received after 6pm will be ready for pick up in two days.
- A minimum purchase of Afl. 25,- is required to place your pickup order.
- You may cancel your order 1 day prior to your pickup date before 6pm.
- The pickup service is not available on Sundays.
Cancel & Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your grocery order, please email us within 3 workdays after receiving your order at email@example.com or click on the button above. You may cancel your order up to 1 day prior to your delivery date before 6 pm. If you are not present to receive your delivery, the driver will contact you by phone to see if an alternative delivery appointment can be made. In this case, a re-delivery fee of Afl. 10,- is applicable. If for any reason, we are unable to re-deliver your order, the order will be canceled.
Checkout Order Notes
If you need a product from our assortment that is not available on our webshop, you may add this item in the checkout order notes. Please write the name, brand, size and quantity of the item and we will add it to your order. Please note that these items are not calculated in your order total when placing your order in the webshop, but will appear in the order total mentioned in our email response to you after preparing your order.
Checkout Estimate Total
When you place your order in the webshop, an estimate of the order total will be shown. The actual total price of your groceries is determined after preparing, weighing, and adding any extra items to your order. You will receive the actual total price of your order via email after your order has been picked in the store.
