Delivery & Pick Up
No, we do not charge for delivery. However, a minimum purchase amount of afl.100,- (+/- 57 dollars) is required.
Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day delivery. If you order today before 6 pm, you will get your order the next day between 9 am to 5 pm. During our holiday season, we recommend for you to place your order 3 days in advance.
No, our delivery and pickup service is open until 5:00 pm. But, if you want to pick up your order after 5 pm, you can pass by our customer service desk inside the store until 8 pm and they will gladly help you out.
The driver will call or text the phone number you provided. If you are staying at a hotel and you provided a room number, the driver will call the room via the front desk. If you are not available he will come back at a later time that day. If on the second try you are not available your order will come back to the store. We will contact you by email to reschedule the delivery. Please note that we will charge a 10 florins re-delivery fee.
All areas on the island have specific delivery time frames. Please click here to check the time frames. Keep in mind that it is possible that we deliver a little bit later than the stipulated time-frames. This all depends on the daily schedule.

Sure, this is possible. You can log into your account on the webshop and on the top right side of the screen you will see a red button ‘’order in process”. Click on the button, this will take you to your order where you can add individual items.
I just received an email that my order is ready for pickup/delivery, can I still add on/change or remove certain items?
